Returns
We back all eligible products with a lifetime warranty, which is defined by the average lifetime expectancy (based on industry standards) for the appliance. For example, if an appliance is five years old but has a life expectancy of fifteen years, we will warranty the part for ten years.
While in warranty, if the part you receive does not work, we will replace the part as inventory allows or accept a return for a partial refund. Eco Appliance Parts reserves the right to make deductions from the refund for damage to the products, extra shipping costs due to improper shipment, and/or other considerations.
All other products may be returned within the first 90 days of purchase only.
Products returned with damage may not be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Eco Appliance Parts.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide the proof of purchase along with the model and serial number of your appliance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Returned parts must be in the condition it arrived when you received it. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
